These are hand made from natural items and are unique in pattern, therefore no two will ever be the same. Please be aware their appearance can vary from the images shown depending on lighting and may contain small natural pits and variances in glaze application. Currently we ship within Australia only. Our estimated processing time is between 1-5 days, plus shipping.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all postal information is correct. Please contact us immediately if you have not provided the correct details. Little Clay will not be held liable for any parcel posted to an incorrect address due to incorrect details being provided. If your parcel is redirected back to Little Clay due to incomplete or incorrect details supplied by you, you will be notified via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay subsequent shipping costs to repost the parcel.

Whilst all items purchased from Little Clay are packaged with absolute care, unfortunately from time to time items may be damaged in transit. If your parcel is treated poorly whilst on route to you, Little Clay will do our best to assist you in following this up however, we take no responsibility for damage incurred during the shipping process. By shopping with us, you agree to this statement. On the off chance damage occurs during transit, please contact us at hello@littleclay.com.au within 24 hours of receiving.

Should your parcel take longer than expected to arrive, or go missing in transit we will do our best to assist you. Delivery timings are subject to our shipping provider services and Little Clay cannot assume responsibility for any delays or missing parcels by these providers.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to hygiene reasons.
